Our saleman, Dan Woods and Manager (J.T.) went above and beyond to accomodate us with the purchase of our used 2013 Ford Explorer. My brother (buyer) recently had a minot stroke ansd no longer has any patience or filter on his thoughts. He jus wanted to buy the car and get out of there. BUt, there is a process. They did all they could to assist with his impatience. Dan took us on a great test ride. He explained most of the dashboard accessories, radio, navifation, etc. We are both pleased with their customer service.

My salesman was ocglover can't say enough about this guy. No hasselbuying got the car we wanted with a little old fashion honesty and service took a couple of weeks to find the exact vehicle we wantedbut he did it with no drama or add on cost .we agreed on a price and it was the price we paid.. The finance man mark was also a real pro got me in and out in ten minutes .belive me these are great people to do business with and a very good price.for your new car

A few issues with the price negotiated and the final price of vehicle. Gave me car with 3 miles to empty! Not great, but it was close to closing time when I came non a Saturday. Best price and offer for trade in and did negotiate the price of my new vehicle to my satisfaction.

My ford flex I got from them I love they told me their was no problems with it so i got a print of wat they did n what was done before I bought my truck n not even 2 months of having my truck the check engine light is on.. Its a misfire 3 n that code was on their before.. In January they fixed the problem n now they expect me to pay for them to fix it again.. Not going to happen they need to fix it for free cuz its their screw up.. Plus i don't like how I have to be with out a car for 24 hours before i get a rental.. Sorry but i have kids.. Other fords they give u a rental if they need to keep ur car but not bill kay...

Originally I was against purchasing a new vehicle but I don't regret it. Wonderful staff my wife was at your dealership for about an 2 hours and purchased what excatly she wanted no games or BS.
