They were very nice. Our car was totaled & we had to return the rental. We hadn’t gotten the money from the insurance yet so they had us sign a promissary note. Because of our good credit they let us take the car home. I was very mpressed. I just wish they would have put gas in or gave us some free oil change. They don’t seem to give anything extra for buying a used car. I’m a little disappointed in that! Not everyone can afford brand new. Overall I was happy.

I need to speak to someone about my concerns about my truck after purchasing my truck. I did not receive what the salesman agreed to and their are some things missing on the truck that wasn't specifically specified to me at the time of purchase... I gave that salesman a $20,000 cashier's check Im trying to stay calm until I figure this out. I need someone to contact me immediately...and yes I spoke to the salesman Mark Burklow about it....when I first came to speak with him after something under the hood exploded...he saw me and left...REALLY! PLEASE HELP! Otherwise I'm going to have rethink *I spent 6 visits to get the luggage rack fixed that kept popping up.. the tires are bald... *At the time of purchase the truck had 2500 miles on it...these tires shouldn't be bald *However...I requested new tires and a new tire spare (no donut). I had to come back 2 times for the tire losing air...The service department says it was a nail...when it was shown to me ..it looked like it was embedded in the tire and had been there for quite a while. *The front tire is missing the tire air cap. *The truck is missing the driver's door lock *The radio has no bass The service department is wonderful..speedy..and professional..I have no problems with them.
