I made a appointment online for a oil change for 8 AM so my day wasn't wasted. I was told that it would be a hour and a half to two hours. It took 4 hours, and when I came back to pick up the car it wasn't washed so I had to wait another 20 minutes.

I took my Ford Explorer in for a recall. A day after I picked it up 3 service lights came on. And the truck has running funny. Because of the holidays I haven’t contacted them yet, but I will contact them tomorrow, January 3rd, and see how they respond.
