I was an A.S.E. certified master tech and advance engine performance specialist by the time I was 22. I went to, and won, a national skills competition for another automotive company when I was 26. That earned me a spot on the U.S. team for a world skill Olympics. I recently joined Bill Kay Ford and hope my experience benefits the service team while I continue to grow my career.

I made a appointment online for a oil change for 8 AM so my day wasn't wasted. I was told that it would be a hour and a half to two hours. It took 4 hours, and when I came back to pick up the car it wasn't washed so I had to wait another 20 minutes.
