My name is Dan Sharp. I started in the automotive industry as a tech in 1997 while in high school. I was an A.S.E. certified master tech and advance engine performance specialist by the time I was 22. I went to, and won, a national skills competition for another automotive company when I was 26. That earned me a spot on the U.S. team for a world skill Olympics. I recently joined Bill Kay Ford and hope my experience benefits the service team while I continue to grow my career.

Keith has worked in Ford Dealerships since 1990. He has been with Bill Kay Ford since 2003. In addition to being Senior master certified, Keith enjoys coming to work and working with a great service team that always puts the customer first helping customers with all of their service needs each and every day.

In his free time Keith enjoys fishing and to go away in his camper on weekends. Keith is truly a valued member of our team here at Bill Kay Ford, If you are in our service department and see keith dont be afraid to say hi!

Mike Specialize’s in Automatic Repair and Driveline Repairs in attention to him being Electrical Systems Certified, Gasoline Engine Repair Certified, Certified in Electrical Systems, in addition to being certified in Diesel Engine Repair.

Had no issues with the service with regards to a recall but there was confusion. I saw my car get moved from the garage to outside. I went to the service desk and they told me my car was not even worked on as of yet...(Was there for 4 hours and they said it was at least a 1/2 day job) Service...
